About the Role:  

Join AMC WHOLESALE INC. as a Sales Support Associate and be a vital part of our dynamic team in Hialeah, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced wholesale environment. 

Responsibilities:  

• Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
• Create sales material to present to customers.
• Coordinate the flow of outgoing orders with the warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma.
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
