Speech Language Pathologist in Katy, TX

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Experience an impactful career working with students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant community just outside Houston. This contract position is for the 2026-2027 academic year and is suitable for SLP-CCC or CFY candidates who can be onsite for the full term. Full-time hours are available, with flexibility for two, three, or four full days per week; partial day schedules or roles limited to assessment or supervision are not offered. Preferred applicants will bring direct experience in public schools and a background in pediatric care. Collaboration with students and staff to develop effective communication and language skills for young learners is essential. Qualifications Valid SLP certification (CCC or current CFY eligibility) Experience working with pediatric populations is required Background in public school settings strongly preferred Commitment to full-day onsite presence (ranging from 2 to 5 days per week) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to comprehensive therapy, not limited to assessment or supervision Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy to students (individual and group settings) Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with educational teams Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant
