Job Title: Sterile Processing Technologist We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technologist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all medical equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use in surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sterilization techniques and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare all surgical instruments and equipment for sterilization Operate and maintain sterilization equipment Inspect instruments for cleanliness and functionality Assemble instrument trays for surgical procedures Maintain accurate records of instrument processing Collaborate with surgical team to ensure timely availability of instruments Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) preferred Previous experience in sterile processing or healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr ANCESTOR HEALTH
