Mammography Technologist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform mammography examinations and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging. The technologist will work independently while maintaining patient confidentiality, safety, and excellent communication with patients and healthcare teams. Pay: $35-$55/hour, based on experience Shift: Day Shift | 10-hour shifts Key Responsibilities * Perform a variety of mammography examinations according to established imaging standards. * Apply mammography principles, techniques, and protocols to obtain reliable diagnostic images. * Operate mammography and related imaging equipment safely and effectively. * Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient confidentiality. * Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and other departments. Requirements * Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program . * Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography . * Current Oregon license . * Current AHA BLS certification . * Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience . * Stereo biopsy experience preferred. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Image Wisely and Image Gently certificates preferred or may be obtained after hire.
