Join our team as a Medical Surgical LPN on a 13-week night shift assignment in Dothan, Alabama. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced setting, providing delegated aspects of patient care under RN supervision during 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Expect to perform functions such as physical examinations, ADLs, medication administration, IV therapy, discharge planning, and documentation. Your critical thinking and leadership will help ensure safe, effective care for patients, all while working in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
