This channel focuses on delivering financial operations automation solutions to our accounting partners, helping them grow their client advisory services (CAS). We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to manage gift card sends, fulfillment operations, and budget tracking for marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end process of sending gift cards, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time. Handle logistics for order fulfillment, including inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of all fulfillment activities. Track and manage budgets for gift card fulfillment and related operations, ensuring expenses are in line with approved budgets and addressing any discrepancies. Verify SFDC syncs for promotion fulfillment, ensuring data accuracy across campaigns and managing reporting responsibilities. Provide operational assistance as needed, including potential support for gift card platform validations (if applicable). The role requires 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday, at the same time each day between 12-3 PM PST. Onboarding Schedule: During the first two weeks, the candidate will be expected to work 10 hours per week (instead of just 5). Interview Process: There will be two interviews—one with the Lead and a final interview with the Hiring Manager (HM). Reason for Hire: This is a backfill position, meaning it's replacing someone who left. Team Size: The team consists of three people—one manager and two direct reports (including this role).
