A well-established, mid-sized nephrology group in Western Virginia is seeking a Transplant Nephrologist to play a key role in building and expanding a transplant program. The group is supported by experienced nurse practitioners and serves a large and growing CKD population, providing a strong clinical foundation for program development.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated physician interested in both clinical practice and helping shape a transplant program from the ground up.
