Glowbar is seeking a Studio Manager in Boston, MA to lead a busy location, drive client experience, and grow revenue. You will manage staff, oversee operations, and protect profitability while building a culture that reflects Glowbar’s values. Expect to own the front desk part-time, analyze performance data, recruit and train teams, and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and brand.
