• Shift: 10-Hour Days, 0630-1500 or 1045-1915 (flexible schedule)
• Hours/Week: 40+ hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• Licenses/Certs: RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CSFA or CSA (preferred for First Assist roles)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years OR experience in acute care; robotic surgery experience required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50.92

What You'll Do

• Circulate in the OR for complex surgical cases including robotic, neuro, bariatric, transplant, urology, and general surgeries
• Assist with robotic procedures using Da Vinci systems
• Support neuro-spine/neuro-vascular surgeries, including craniotomies and aneurysm clipping
• Participate in transplant surgeries (kidney, liver, pancreas) when needed
• Provide support to anesthesia, anesthesia techs, and surgical teams with various case types
• Maintain sterile techniques and support patient safety throughout surgeries
• Follow all hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• RN License in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience, including robotic surgery
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (NIHSS preferred)
• Experience with neuro, transplant, or complex surgical procedures highly preferred
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Flexibility to work scheduled weekends and holidays as required
