Analyst RelationsAnalyst Relations at Perficient is a high-leverage function. The team influences how the firms that enterprise buyers trust understand our capabilities, our wins, and our distinct point of view. The work compounds: a strong analyst relationship today becomes a leader position on rankings reports tomorrow, which becomes pipeline the quarter after that. You'll partner daily with PR, executive communications, practice leaders across our industry and technology business units, and the SMEs whose expertise becomes the substance of every briefing. The cadence is real: evaluations with hard RFI deadlines, analyst inquiries and briefings booked weeks in advance, monthly reporting that goes up to leadership, and a steady drumbeat of research that you'll read, summarize, and route to the people who need it – all while becoming an expert on our business.ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic communications programs, with a focus on developing content that is tailored to the analyst audience – including analysts from Forrester Research, Everest and IDC – that can be leveraged in thought leadership campaigns and connected to broader PR and narrative strategy.Develop ongoing content that supports various communications initiatives, including company intranet updates, website articles, and thought leadership pieces.Build and manage relationships with marketing, PR, and communications colleagues to align AR activity with company-wide messaging and reputation goals.Manage project management of analyst relations workflows, timelines and deadlines and administration of analyst subscriptions and internal communications resources.Lead the creation of presentations and other collateral, including materials used in analyst conversations as well as supporting PR efforts for pitching and media engagement.Review, summarize and track relevant research for internal stakeholdersMaintain calendar of planned research, and monitor and track analyst coverage alongside relevant press and media support.Produce monthly reporting that shows results, insights and impact and measures the program's success.Provide strategic input on opportunities to evolve plans and processes to grow program success and expand relationship-building activitiesQualificationsA bachelor's level degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing.Four to five years' professional experience across analyst relations, with proficient knowledge of public relationsWorking knowledge of how analyst relations and public relations intersect, including how analyst perspectives can inform media narratives and how press activity can support analyst engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and create content from SME interviews, technical documents, etc.Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Advanced PowerPoint skills for building custom presentations.Strong business acumen with an ability to quickly grasp new concepts, strategies, and initiatives.Sound project management and time management skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task.Ability to work professionally with leaders throughout the organization.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, autonomous and proactive.Team player, self-starter with a passion for technology who will demonstrate a commitment to elevating the group's marketing mission.Technology industry and/or professional services experience is a plus.Strong signals we look for:AR coordinators or specialists ready to step into a senior role with more strategic surface area.PR or corporate communications pros who've gotten curious about the analyst side and want to make the jump.Former trade-press or B2B tech journalists who already read research for a living and want to be on the other side of it.Anyone who has personally staffed a Wave, MarketScape, or PEAK Matrix response and lived to tell about it.Perficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
