Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in San Diego, CA. As an Associate Attorney at Fuller Law Group P.C., you will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in various cases. The role involves handling California Workers' Compensation Defense and Employment Law matters, negotiating settlements, preparing legal strategies, medical record review and appearing in court for depositions, hearings and trials. You will collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to deliver effective and strategic legal support to our clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in (CA) Workers' Compensation/Employment law litigation is a plus
• Experience providing legal advice and guidance to clients
• Proficiency in conducting research to support legal cases
• Proven negotiation skills in settlements and agreements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
