Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the nursing department to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
