Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Location: Winchester, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care. The ideal candidate will have Meditech experience and will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients across all ages. This position is located within a comprehensive facility with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care as per established standards and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg experience required.
• Current Tennessee RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must be able to arrive at the facility within 30 minutes if called in for a shift.
