Hospital Phlebotomist - Weekends

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for weekend hospital-based specimen collection in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The position involves blood draws from diverse patient populations, specimen preparation, data entry, and patient interaction across scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other diagnostic purposes
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
• Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• One or more years phlebotomy experience (alternative to certification)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record if applicable
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service
