Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Location: San Rafael, CA (If this location isn’t a fit, we have other openings across SoCal and NorCal - Local/Travel /Perm.)

Duration: 13-week assignment with potential for long-term extension

Pay rate: $2,205/week.

Schedule: 40 hours weekly | Flexible schedule | Day shift

Setting: Skilled Nursing

Start date: ASAP (Post-credentialing)

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.

• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and active state Occupational Therapist Assistant license - or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.

• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• BLS Certification.
