The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementHere's what You Need:Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery modelMinimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification of some kind)SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certificationSAP SuccessFactors Time Management certificationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus points if:You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do moreMaster Stakeholder CommunicationsYou demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
