Plus, with multiple shift options and plenty of overtime, you can build a schedule and a paycheck that works for you. salary: $47,840 - $70,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Adjust, and operate CNC Lathes to produce high-quality, precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications. Load raw materials and execute program starts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. What You Bring to the Table Experience: Proven experience operating CNC Lathes in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring tools. Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, work ethic, and a commitment to safety. Flexibility: Ability to work independent of constant supervision and a willingness to grab some OT when the shop is rocking.
