Project Resource Teacher – Morse High School Location: Morse High School, 6905 Skyline Drive, San Diego, CA 92114 Job ID: 5737674 Application Deadline: Jun 04, 2026 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) Starting Date: Immediately Job Description San Diego Unified School District, the second largest district in California, seeks a Project Resource Teacher to support Morse High School. The teacher will implement comprehensive restorative justice practices, reduce disproportional discipline, and promote a positive school climate. Responsibilities Support implementation of a Restorative Justice framework at Morse. Provide restorative support for identified students and staff. Facilitate and support services for escalated cases. Collaborate with administrators, district office staff, and other school staff. Lead Restorative Justice trainings and create new professional development materials. Deliver professional development and coaching to teachers and support staff. Serve as spokesperson for Restorative Practices, upholding the district’s values, mission, vision, equity stance, and strategic plan. Initiate, promote, and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, guardians, staff, administrators, and community partners. Minimum Qualifications At least three years of experience leading and implementing Restorative Justice practices in a school setting. Experience working with high‑school students and facilitating restorative circles, conflict resolution, and relationship‑building practices. Valid California Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teaching Credential by the application deadline. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
