    Essential Qualifications

    • Ability to learn and use technology

    • Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

    • Able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • Possess a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID

    • Have valid auto insurance in your name

    • Demonstrated ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect

    • Adaptable to various living environments and work locations

    • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Uphold the core values of Compass Enterprise, Inc. (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead® franchise)

    • Foster a safe and positive environment to enhance clients' quality of life

    • Accurately document daily activities and report any changes in client conditions

    • Maintain regular communication with supervisors and office staff

    Services You May Provide To Our Clients

    Companionship & Support

    • Engaging in conversation and activities

    • Assisting with mobility and walking

    • Meal preparation and clean-up

    • Light housekeeping (e.g., vacuuming, dusting, laundry, linens)

    • Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments

    Personal Care

    • Assistance with bathing, grooming, and hygiene

    • Support with toileting and incontinence care

    Specialized Services

    • Advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
