Role Overview:

• Full-time, 35 hours weekly (flexibility available for those seeking fewer hours)
• Hours: 8:20am – 3:20pm, Monday through Friday
• Assignment length: ASAP start through June 3, 2027
• Directly support approximately 5 students (caseload may fluctuate)
• Onsite presence required

Desired Credentials and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification and Illinois credentialing
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with educators and families to support student success
• Provide ongoing training, support, and consultation to school staff
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
