Job Types

Full-Time Part-Time PRN

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing grooming toileting and incontinence care)
• Provide mobility support and transfers
• Use assistive devices (gait belt walker wheelchair Hoyer lift)
• Assist in fall prevention and general safety awareness
• Help reposition bedbound clients to prevent discomfort
• Offer companionship and daily living assistance
• Follow care plans and ensure client safety
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Engage clients in hobbies games or activities
• Monitor for changes in mood or behavior
• Provide conversation and social interaction
• Provide reminders to take medications as scheduled

Requirements

• 2 years ofcaregiving experience OR CNA Certification
• Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation
• Must pass background screening
• High School diploma/GED
