DESCRIPTION As our dishwasher, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our kitchen in motion. By ensuring every Plate, pan, and utensil is ready, you'll help line cooks focus on creating dishes our guest will remember

- Reliability and consistency and your team can count on you every shift.
- An appreciation for perfect execution and guest focused service.
- The ability to manage high volume production in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and safety
- Experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Legal working age.
- The ability to lift & carry 35-50lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift.
- Be able to carry trays of dishes.
- To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a time
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
- Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook line and other proper storage areas. Rewash the soiled dishes before delivery.
- Change dishwater in dishwasher to standard.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
- Remove trash and garbage into a dumpster.
- Set up or break down the dishwashing area.
- Manage overall cleanliness of the kitchen

- Can lift up to 40 lbs unassisted,
- Team player attitude,
- Strong attention to detail
- No experience necessary-training provided
