Responsabilidades Clave
- Usar las herramientas designadas para preparar productos o completar tareas de produccin.
- Atender las lneas de ensamblaje, realizando tareas segn sea necesario para apoyar el flujo del proceso.
- Inspeccionar productos para garantizar la calidad y el cumplimiento de los estndares.
- Empacar productos de acuerdo con las instrucciones de la gerencia.
- Preparar productos para empaque y envo.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor de produccin.
Habilidades y Capacidades
- Comunicacin: Escucha activa y habilidades de expresin claras y profesionales.
- Dominio de herramientas: Capacidad para operar herramientas manuales y automticas de manera segura con buena destreza fsica.
- Conciencia de seguridad: Capacidad para manejar instrumentos cortantes (cteres, tijeras) de manera segura y seguir los protocolos de seguridad.
- Atencin al detalle: Habilidad para ver detalles finos a corta distancia.
Capacidad Fsica
- Levantar, empujar, jalar o cargar entre 1050 lbs (4,522 kg).
- Permanecer de pie o sentado por largos periodos.
- Trabajar en un ambiente de almacn con exposicin a plumn/plumas.
Resistencia y Confiabilidad
- Disposicin para trabajar hasta que la produccin est completa (los horarios de salida pueden variar).
Entorno de Trabajo y Requisitos
- Uso frecuente de manos y brazos para manipular, posicionar y mover materiales.
- Actividades fsicas que incluyen levantar, mantener el equilibrio, caminar, agacharse y manipular materiales.
- Debe usar el equipo de proteccin personal (EPP) requerido, incluyendo guantes, delantales, zapatos de seguridad y proteccin auditiva, segn sea necesario.
