Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $4000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Responsibilities Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills. Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care. Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow and prioritize to meet patient‑care needs. Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services. Engage in continuous quality improvement and problem‑solving. Be caring, compassionate, a good communicator, positive, and a team player. Experience Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Tennessee nursing license. Experience in general nursing (GN) or related roles is acceptable. Work Schedule 12‑hr shifts. Job Type Full Time, Part Time, and PRN.
