K-8 Life-Skills Coach & Student Growth Partner

Crossover

Alpha is hiring for on-site, full-time roles supporting K-8 students with AI-powered adaptive learning. You will lead life-skills workshops, motivate students through daily sessions, and administer mastery assessments to ensure mastery. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with K-8 students, plus a willingness to relocate to one of Alpha's campuses with relocation support.
