As a Patient Experience Care Coordinator, youll be a key point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare staff, helping guide them through their healthcare journey with professionalism, compassion, and accuracy./ppThis entry-level role provides hands-on experience in patient outreach, appointment coordination, registration, insurance verification, and support for Radiology operationsoffering a well-rounded foundation for a future in healthcare administration or patient services./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliServe as the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare partners, delivering excellent customer service on calls, emails, and messages/liliSchedule patient appointments and coordinate care, including insurance verification and pre-authorization submissions/liliCollect complete patient demographics and perform accurate registrations in EMR system (EPIC)/liliInitiate and manage service tickets through to resolution, coordinating with hospital departments as needed/liliExposure to supporting Radiology Reading Room and Image Library staff with image uploads, coordination, and operational tasks/liliAccurately document patient interactions, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution/liliProvide information, guidance, and redirection to patients and third-party partners, including pharmacies and healthcare staff/liliCollaborate with team leads and supervisors to identify improvements in patient experience processes/liliMaintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational guidelines/li/ulpQualifications:/pulli1 + years in customer service, healthcare, or call center environment/liliRecent graduate or equivalent experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliHigh attention to detail and organizational skills/liliEmpathy, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm under pressure/liliBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems, scheduling software)/liliInterest in building a career in healthcare, patient services, or administration/li/ul/div
