We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead regional marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and support the growth of our expanding operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support annual revenue growth objectives and market expansion initiatives. Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, event, content, and partnership channels. Increase qualified lead generation by at least 25% annually through targeted marketing programs and demand-generation initiatives. Establish and manage annual marketing budgets ranging from $1M-$5M while ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, customer trends, and strategic growth areas. Collaborate with executive leadership to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning throughout North America. Build and manage relationships with industry partners, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders to support business objectives. Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and brand engagement. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, establishing clear KPIs and professional development plans. Improve customer engagement metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing-qualified leads through data-driven optimization. Oversee content strategy, public relations activities, and corporate communications initiatives to ensure brand consistency. Support product launch initiatives and strategic market-entry programs for new business segments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience. Proven track record managing multi-channel marketing programs and high-impact brand initiatives. Experience overseeing annual marketing budgets and delivering measurable business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and performance analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment. Compensation Annual Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 USD Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, leadership background, and overall fit for the role.
