Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team in the Emergency Department. This role involves providing critical care to patients, performing essential procedures, and collaborating with a diverse team of medical staff.

Unit Information

Location: Conroe, TX

Number of Beds: 30 physical beds, 8 hall beds
Number of Staff: 77
Patient Ratios: 1:4

Staffing Details

Day Shift (07:00 - 19:00)

7:00 AM: Charge Nurse, 7 Registered Nurses, 1 Paramedic or LVN
9:00 AM: 1 Registered Nurse
10:00 AM: Paramedic or LVN
11:00 AM: 2 Registered Nurses
12:00 PM: Paramedic or LVN
1:00 PM: 1 Registered Nurse
3:00 PM: 1 Registered Nurse

Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00)

7:00 PM: Charge Nurse, 8 Registered Nurses, 1 Paramedic or LVN
