Shift: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation department, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient progress, collaborating with the healthcare team, and implementing rehabilitation plans to aid in patients' recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the rehabilitation unit.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
• CCRN certification is preferred but not required.
