Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - any 3 days office and 2 days work from home) Full Time Role
SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams Admin
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2016, SE, SharePoint Online)
- One Drive for Business Teams
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and scripting technologies
- Experience with monitoring technologies (Splunk, SCOM, SiteScope)
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Server, Database (SQL) and networking technologies
- Experience with virtual platforms (client and server) and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to effectively interface with key software/hardware partners such as Microsoft, AvePoint, etc.
- Experience with the incident, change problem management disciplines; and knowledge of the Remedy ITSM application toolset
Desired Skills:
- ITIL Certification and in depth understanding of ITIL principles, functions and processes is a plus
- Server, Storage Network experience
- Automation skills to reduce manual activities
- Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
- Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator.
