CDL B Truck Driver - Local Routes

Delivery Service Driver I We are looking for a CDL‑certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. Primary Job Accountabilities Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes. Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil. Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs. Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service. Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. Shift Details Available shift(s): Sunday - Wednesday (4x10s), 5:00am – 3:00pm. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $28 per hour plus shift differential. Quarterly bonus up to $5,200/year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure, and level‑up development programs. $0 premium medical for single coverage or employer HSA contribution for family coverage. Paid time off and paid holidays. $3,000 employee referral bonus program and $200 new customer referral program. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker endorsement. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, twisting. High school diploma or GED highly preferred. Minimum 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience. Bilingual preferred. Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting. Driving Record Expectations Safe driving record: limited MVR moving violations in the past 36 months. Zero tolerance for speeding over 100 mph in the past 5 years. Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen. Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
