Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience, and preventive maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical controls, motors, drives, sensors, and automation systems.
• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Document maintenance activities and minimize production downtime.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Food & beverage, CPG, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
