As a Weekend Receptionist at Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and healthcare professionals. About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our community, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Your ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, families, and healthcare professionals, and provide assistance as needed

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing and distributing reports and files

• Take meal orders for the day

• Perform reception duties, including managing the front desk, answering phones, and coordinating with staff

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures a plus
