Home Time: Home weekly | Pay: $1,400 to $1,550 per week
Freight: General and refrigerated freight | Location: Fayetteville, NC 28301

• 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week

• Late-model Kenworth T680 trucks

Dedicated freight reliability and freight familiarity give CDL-A drivers consistent weekly miles, home weekly scheduling, and weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,550.

Compensation and Earnings

Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,550 based on experience and miles. You'll receive quarterly raises tied to your safety record and productivity. After 30 days, guaranteed minimum pay helps protect your income during slower freight periods. During orientation, you'll earn $100 per day, with all travel expenses covered.

Your Freight and Routes

You'll haul a mix of general and refrigerated freight, running 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Customer freight volume supports regular weekly miles and home weekly scheduling. Load planning is coordinated around available freight, route timing, and weekly mileage expectations to keep drivers moving throughout the week.

• Dispatch communication provides drivers with load timing, route information, and trip details throughout the week

• Support is available when freight plans or scheduling needs change

Equipment and Technology

Our fleet consists of late-model Kenworth T680s, 4 years or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.

• Drivers are home weekly, with scheduling based on freight needs and route planning

Driver Support Specialists assist with route planning, equipment concerns, load-related questions, and other operational needs that may come up while you're on the road.

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license

• Current medical card

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year
