Physical Therapist

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. Meets department objectives through an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas needing attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring communication with appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requires all associates to receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. Medical and religious exemptions may apply. Participation in E-Verify is required. Dress code: Business casual is required; permanent therapists wear maroon tops with black or grey pants. Offers a supportive team environment with a large outpatient therapy clinic. Appointments are one-on-one, with a default treatment length of 60 minutes, adjustable upon therapist request. Schedule includes 4x10s with day off subject to change based on clinic needs, agreed upon prior to the start of contract. Located in a community with great access to outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and visiting the ocean. Serves both the local community and those within a 45-minute radius.
