Work Environment Your primary work environment will be a combination of remote sessions and an outpatient office. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues and inform treatment strategies. Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address clients’ specific challenges and aspirations, ensuring measurable outcomes. Lead individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health counseling. Engage in regular collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team to optimize the care continuum for clients, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and resources. Provide support and psychoeducation to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and state regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work primarily with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Proven experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in evidence-based practices. Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport, empathy, and provide motivation to clients. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective partnership with team members and the families of clients. Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a licensed mental health therapist in an outpatient setting. Experience working with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health challenges is preferred. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
