Team Leader

We are seeking candidates who are motivated, accurate, reliable, and efficient customer‑service oriented team members. Previous experience in the inventory service industry is preferred. Your responsibilities will include counting inventory for major retailers throughout the area, traveling as required, and receiving carpool assistance for inventories over 30 miles outside of your assigned territory. Location Alton, MO Responsibilities Count inventory for major retailers across the area. Travel as needed; carpool generally provided for inventories over 30 miles outside of your assigned territory. Work on site for 4–8 hours on average until job completion, including stepping up on step stools, kneeling, standing, and stooping down. Use a handheld collection device and scanner; maintain high accuracy in data entry. Frequently reach and stretch to view merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves. Qualifications Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid‑sized inventories. Team player who works well within a team concept. Courteous to store customers and managers. Professional presentation and demeanor at all times. Committed to continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy. Strong focus on customer satisfaction in all inventories. Minimum age of 18 years. Available to work early morning hours (5 a.m. – 7 a.m.) with centralized meet sites at earlier times; occasional weekend and evening work may be required. Reliable transportation to inventory sites (public or private). Reliable means of communication. Position Requirements 4–8 hours on average per day (we commit to being on site until job completion). Accuracy is a must; enter data into a handheld device (10‑key data entry) accompanied by a handheld scanner.
