What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll build relationships with customers while helping them find insurance solutions that fit their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Review customer policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
• Educate customers on insurance products, policy options, and available discounts.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and ongoing service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
• Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or other relationship-focused experience is highly valued.
