Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbsThe team member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areasThe team member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floorsThe team member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areasThe team member will work in a cold, damp environmentThe team member will work on slippery walking surfacesInternal Requirements At Time Of ApplicationTeam members must be in current position for 90 daysTeam members must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past yearTeam members with four (4) or more attendance points at the time of application will be disqualified from considerationSelf-disqualification: A team member who withdraws their application or declines a position one (1) time will be restricted applying to any additional positions for six (6) monthsWork Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America)Hourly applicants only - you must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
