About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Conducting patient assessments, identifying problems, and developing interventions to improve outcomes

• Educating patients and families on self-care techniques, disease management, and prevention strategies

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Diploma

• Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
