Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings. Suggest drinks based on customer preferences. Greet customers and take orders efficiently. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle complaints or concerns professionally. Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary. Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system. Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing. Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages. Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and glassware. Ensure the bar area is organized and tidy. Dispose of trash and follow health and safety regulations. What We are Looking for in a Part‑Time Bartender High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in food service is advantageous. Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
