Multifamily Maintenance Technician II - Service Excellence

Birge & Held in Dublin, OH is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair community assets. You will work under the Operations Manager, addressing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds issues to ensure safe, clean living spaces for residents. Two years of apartment maintenance experience are required; EPA refrigerant handling certification is required or obtainment will be arranged.
