Job Description

We are seeking a Telecom Technician to support the refresh of legacy PBX systems (Siemens and Nortel) with Cisco VoIP infrastructure across multiple hospital campuses. This role involves hands-on deployment of new Cisco phones, ensuring connectivity, and performing functional testing and troubleshooting. This is phase 1 of the project. It will roll right into phase 2 which is the analog migration. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Replace legacy PBX phones (Siemens and Nortel) with Cisco VoIP phones at designated hospital sites.\n- Ensure proper connectivity and configuration of each device.\n- Conduct inbound and outbound call testing to verify functionality.\n- Troubleshoot and resolve any connectivity or performance issues.\n- Collaborate with existing team members to ensure smooth execution of the refresh project.\n- Maintain accurate records of installations and issues encountered.
