Account Manager, Law

Owning and growing a strategically significant portfolio of mid-market law firm accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager, Law will drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while ensuring long-term client retention and executive alignment. Key responsibilities Executing strategic account plans to balance client retention with expansion growth objectives Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts Building executive-level relationships and leading commercial discussions on renewals and contract expansions Required qualifications JD degree and experience in the legal industry, preferably within a law firm or legal technology company 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development Strong understanding of law firm operations and legal technology Proven ability to drive client growth and retention Experience managing customer activity and forecasting in Salesforce or a similar CRM
