Starting pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity, and typically falls between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.Full time position - Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pmComprehensive Benefits offeredMedical, Dental, VisionHSA/FSALife Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Company Wellness ProgramResponsibilities:Place orders for parts in a timely fashion and complete all associated reportingWork successfully with a diverse group of employees both inside and outside LogisticsRead and understand aircraft parts and maintenance manuals for research purposesPerform parts research utilizing ATA, IMPS, etc.Demonstrate proficiency with all relevant aspects of Pentagon software suiteAct as primary contact with vendors; develop vendor relationshipsAssist in development of sourcing agreements to control costsAnalyzes purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of informationMaintains effective internal and external working relationshipsOther duties as assignedRequirements:High School diploma or GED required, some college preferredDocumented proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and ExcelProven ability to learn complex software products quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven keyboarding skills for efficient entry of data, etc.Ability to read and understand aircraft parts and maintenance manuals for researchWorking knowledge of maintenance activities, parts, tools, etc.Knowledge of aviation terms and activities extremely helpfulHands-on experience with industrial purchasing software systems extremely helpfulIt is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
