About the Opportunity

Our growing insurance defense firm is seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorneys to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 2-5 years of litigation experience who are looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage cases independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and hearings

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on litigation strategy

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school (Required)

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar (Required)

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

• Strong written, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
