Part-time Studio Manager
Are you passionate about fitness, love helping others, and thrive in a high-energy, team-centered environment? We're looking for a part-time Studio Manager to join our dynamic team at Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping - North Loop!
About the Role
This is a hands-on position (approx. 20 hours/week to start) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. You'll be a key player in helping our members feel supported, stay motivated, and reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and respond to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Greet leads and give studio tours
- Assist members with account and membership questions
- Sell memberships, retail, and supplements
- Engage with members on the mats during workouts
- Support member retention projects and community engagement
Ideal Candidate
Energetic, positive, and genuinely happy to be part of a team
Strong communicator with a "can-do" attitude
Passionate about fitness and helping people live healthier lives
Willing to learn and take initiative
Experience in fitness, sales, or customer service is a plusbut not required
Schedule
- Early mornings: 4:30am 11:00am
- Evenings: 4:00pm 8:00pm
- Some Saturdays: 6:30am 12:30pm
