Edward Jones invites you to join as a financial advisor, building your own practice with support from regional and home office teams. Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results. Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing. Work with a firm‑provided branch office and client support network that extends from your office to the region and home office. Candidate Qualifications Series 7 and Series 66 required. Experience in financial services working with clients; in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services; track record of success. State insurance licenses preferred. Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC®, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
