Gersi Brooklyn is looking for experienced, talented, and passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are a busy neighborhood Italian restaurant looking for team members who take total ownership of their work, have a strong work ethic, and genuinely enjoy hospitality. We value people who work well as part of a team, stay positive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing consistently excellent service.

• 3+ years of restaurant experience in a busy, high-volume environment
• Well mannered and dressed individual
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Basic food safety and food allergy knowledge
• NYC Food Protection Certificate/Food Handler certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Reliable, professional, and able to work efficiently during busy service
• MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
• Weekend availability is required

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on experience and availability.

Shifts may include:

• Day shifts Saturday and Sunday
• Night shifts 7 days a week
• Weekends
• 4-8 hour shifts
