Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Payrate: $20.27 - $20.27/hr. Summary: This role involves working in a warehouse environment to measure parts and input data into our packaging spec application. The position requires supporting offsite packaging operations related to safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities: Measure parts in the warehouse and input data into the packaging spec application. Follow specific instructions on measurements and processes. Support offsite packaging operations in safety, quality, and productivity projects. Coordinate resolution of parts problems between distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers. Work in a warehouse environment requiring the use of necessary PPE such as safety shoes, glasses, and gloves. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain (preferred but not required). Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with warehouse management systems (SAP). Basic Excel and computer knowledge. Open to recent graduates. Ability to drive a Cushman (small, battery-operated vehicle). Comfortable in a high-traffic warehouse environment. Proficient in using simple software applications. Desired Skills: Decision-making skills. Ability to analyze data sets. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.27 - $20.27 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
